I was making Tidy Thyme products with the gals yesterday and we were chatting about Erica's new "migraine" diet
which excludes anything with refined sugar, dairy or gluten.
So we made this yumminess on a whim and it turned out AMAZING!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened, plain coconut yogurt
1 (organic) avocado
Handful of (organic) pitted frozen cherries
Handful of fresh or frozen (organic blueberries)
1-2 tbs (organic) agave 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour contents into a freezable glass container
Place in freezer for about an hour
Serve with fresh berries on top
